You can conveniently place your order and select a delivery window through our online store by adding items to your shopping cart or by phone or text. Once we receive your request, we’ll review and confirm availability same day.

For our 1-day Rentals- Pregnancy Announcement, Sip & See, Baby Shower, and Gender Reveal Storks- please let us know as soon as you confirm your event date so we may reserve your stork.

For our birth announcement stork, we recommend placing your order as soon as the baby is born. Once baby has arrived and you have the birth details (name, weight, length, etc.), just reach out by ordering online or call/text/message us- we can typically install your stork within 24–48 hours, depending on availability.

Want to plan ahead? We offer gift certificates—a great option for friends or family members who want to surprise new parents with a stork rental when the time is right. That way, the recipient can schedule the delivery themselves after baby arrives!

If you order through our online store you may use our secure payment processing to pay for your order. We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal. You may also always pay over the phone with your credit card or through a secure Invoice at the time of your order.

During Checkout our system will calculate your shipping costs automatically based on the delivery address. If you are outside of our delivery area, please reach out as we will do our best to accommodate your request. If we are unable to complete your request we will attempt to refer you to an affiliate in your local area if available.

Delivery of our Keepsake Bundles to Winnie Palmer, The Baby Place at Advent Health (Downtown Orlando), and Orlando Health South Lake (Clermont) may be arranged for a $20 delivery fee based on availability (please call or message us to confirm available delivery windows for hospital deliveries).

We’re happy to offer delivery of our Keepsake Bundles to Winnie Palmer, The Baby Place at AdventHealth (Downtown Orlando), and Orlando Health South Lake (Clermont)! A $20 delivery fee applies, and availability may vary for hospital deliveries—just give us a call or send us a message to confirm a delivery window that works for you. We’ll do our best to make it happen!

For the safety and stability of our stork signs, we do need a secure installation on a typical grassy lawn. We’re not able to install signs in locations like concrete, astroturf, gravel, rocks, mulch, flower beds, raised planters, potted gardens, or heavily landscaped areas.

We can not install in common areas you do not have control over such as apartment or condominium lawns or where we could interfere with access to any utility boxes, water meters, etc.

If you're unsure whether your yard is a good fit, just reach out—we're always happy to help and most yards will accommodate our storks!

We handle all delivery, setup, and pickup—you just enjoy the celebration! You do not need to be home for delivery or pickup. Please don’t move or remove the signs yourself.

Yes, to ensure safe and smooth installation:

• Let us know if you have a preferred spot, otherwise we will pick a great spot for visibility and great photos.

• If you live in a gated community please make sure we have the correct code or are on the list and able to access your property.

• Secure any pets that may be loose in the yard

• Plan lawn maintenance (mowing, pest control, etc.) before installation or after pickup.

• You do not need to be home for the delivery or pick up of the stork

Please don’t attach anything to the signs without prior approval. This helps protect our signage and keeps things looking their best.

Absolutely! If you need your sign removed early, just email us at hello@wintergardenstorks.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Our stork signs are durable and weather-resistant, made to help you celebrate life’s special moments. However, they’re not meant for climbing. To keep signs safe, please keep children, pets, and lawn equipment away.

If you notice any damage to your sign, please let us know right away. The renter is responsible for the sign while it’s on their property—or a friend’s or family member’s—and will be liable for any damage during the rental period. Winter Garden Storks is not responsible for any injuries involving the sign (no matter how charming that stork looks—it doesn’t give piggyback rides).
