Welcome to Winter Garden Storks, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Rental Services

We provide short-term rentals of celebratory yard signs, including birth announcement storks and custom lawn displays. Rentals include delivery, setup, and pickup.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Rental Terms

Standard Rental Duration: 7 days. Some rental selections may be shorter—this will be clearly stated on your invoice.

Early Pickup: Need your stork removed early? Just let us know at hello@wintergardenstorks.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

We can't wait to help you celebrate your newest arrival! Rentals are subject to availability and our service area. We will review each order and confirm availability as soon as possible, within 24 hours. We will always do our best to accommodate your request, however if we are unable to complete your request we will promptly refund any payment and attempt to refer you to an affiliate in your local area if applicable.

4. Delivery & Pickup

We handle all delivery, installation, and pickup. Please do not move or remove signs yourself. Make sure your lawn is accessible, free of obstructions, and safe for installation.

No refunds are provided if we are unable to make a delivery due to gate issues, homeowner refusal, or unsecured pets. We will attempt to notify you immediately to try to resolve the issue.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Our signs are high quality and heavy duty, however they must be treated with care to stay in good condition.

Please do not attach balloons or any decorations to signs without prior approval.

Please keep children, pets, and lawn equipment away from signage.

Please plan lawn care (mowing, pest control, sprinklers, etc.) before setup or after pickup.

The customer placing the order is responsible for any theft or damage to rental signs while they are rented to you.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Full Refunds: Available if canceled more than 72 hours before scheduled delivery.

No refunds will be issued after delivery or for early removal.

7. Weather & Safety

If severe weather prevents us from safely delivering or installing signs (e.g., lightning, high winds, or Florida’s favorite guest: hurricanes), we’ll contact you right away. We’re happy to partner with you to reschedule for a safer day—because even storks don’t fly in a Category 4!

While refunds are not issued for weather-related delays or early pickups, we’ll always work with you to find the best solution.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for: Injuries or property damage from misuse or unauthorized handling. Underground utility or sprinkler damage during sign installation, although we will be extremely careful and treat your property with care.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and images on this site belong to Winter Garden Storks, LLC. Please don’t copy without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
